I am pleased to report that we have completed LL87 Retro-commissioning and Energy Auditing deferral inspection and filing service for Residence 8 Management. Our services included conducting an energy code inspection of the existing building, including the enclosure system, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system.

Our LL87 service also includes developing an Energy Code Tabular Analysis for filing with the NYC Building Department.
