We have completed Local Law 97 (LL97) Article 320 and Local Law 88 (LL88) Lighting Upgrade & Sub-Metering Compliance Service for a 32,000 SF warehouse in St. Albans, Queens. Our services included assisting the client with DOB Now payment process, Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) data, BEAM access and LL97 filing.  We have also completed a full lighting survey of the facility to ensure compliance with LL88.
