I am pleased to report that we have completed LL87 Retro-commissioning and Energy Auditing service for Cherry Tower Condominium HOA. Our services included conducting a Building Energy Assessment (BEA), ASHRAE Level 1 and Level 2 Audits, a Lighting Survey, and Retro-Commissioning of the building’s systems, including building enclosure, HVAC system, plumbing system, and electrical system.

Our LL87 service also includes developing an EER report and filing it with the NYC Building Department. Finally, we provided energy-saving consultation with the client.
