We have completed Local Law 97 (LL97) Article 321 and Local Law 88 (LL88) Lighting Upgrade & Sub-Metering Compliance Service for a 32,000 SF single steam pipe residential building in Brooklyn. Our services included assisting the client with DOB Now payment process, Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) data, BEAM access and LL97 filing.  We have also completed a full lighting survey of the facility to ensure compliance with LL88.

In addition, we have provided PECM corrective action support, which included recommended retrofits, contractor support, rebate and funding support, and technical guidance.
